Michelle commenced her consultancy practice in 2005 and since that time has been involved in a wide range of community planning projects primarily for local government and the community sector including organisations such as:

Prior to commencing in private practice Michelle spent ten years working in local government in Victoria and New South Wales including Glen Eira, Banyule, Maroondah and Marrickville Councils. Her areas of work included leisure and cultural service delivery, community and cultural facilities, major aquatic and leisure facilities and delivering cultural events.

Michelle has qualifications in Community Planning and Development, Arts Management, Recreation Management and Accounting.
